2020 - What A Year For ARGOS
For many people, 2020 has been tough – and for some – it still is. Acknowledging this, fortunately for ARGOS 2020 was a year to remember and the year passed by like a flash. Some of the key highlights for us are:
· Officially launched ARGOS in August and hit the ground running
· September, we joined the CyRise accelerator programme cohort 4
· Over the following months we engaged with dozens of CISOs, Security Experts, Industry Advisors and organisations around the globe to understand their current pain points, requirements and expectations of a product like ARGOS - market validation done
· By end of October, we have signed up with three design partner organisations who are now working with us, committing time and resources to help us uplift ARGOS capabilities and build additional features
· Currently, just over a dozen of early adopter customers (locally and globally) have signed up to ARGOS; this is enabling us to collect helpful metrics, additionally they are providing us with valuable feedback, enabling us to mature ARGOS
· An amazing data point: Some of the early adopter customers are telling us they are currently using a competitor’s product and are now evaluating the move to ARGOS due to its simplicity, ease of onboarding, reduced noise (alert fatigue) and built-in remediation capability.
· In-between all of this, the accelerator program concluded on 4th Dec 2020 with the very first virtual demo day - It was an amazing experience (watch here)
· Finally, we are in the last phase of commercial negotiations with an international Managed Services Provider (MSP) who is planning to use ARGOS for their managed cloud SOC offering
It is mind blowing to think we have achieved all this just in the first 4 months. All this is possible simply because we have a great product that is responding to the market’s needs.
2021 - What’s next?
Our aim is to continue delighting our customer and making our early adopters very happy with new features in the new year, and above all, keep them secure and protected in their cloud environments.
Next, we need to grow to keep up with demand to service existing customers and our new customers who are in our pipeline.
If general opinion of 2020 is anything to go by and we see what we achieved in a year like this, oh boy, 2021 will be massive for ARGOS.
